This is the third home we are building with Great Pocono Homes, and we could not be more pleased with the attention we received during the building process. We just recently moved into our new home, and the house is spectacular. Mike and Kim checked up on us a few weeks after we moved in to see if we had any concerns and reminded us that they're there if we need them. That's very comforting knowing that a builder, who is in such high demand, cares about their customers even after the house is complete.

Kim, Mike, Brian, KJ, Jerry, and the whole team at Great Pocono Homes were great to deal with. They built our house during the pandemic. It wasn't fast, but it kept moving. They kept reassuring us, and sure enough, it got done. And it was well worth the time. We love it. The best part is they have a ZERO PUNCH LIST policy, which means when you move in there's nothing left to be done—nothing that needs to be finished, no touch-ups, no re-work. Unlike our last builder, the house was ready to be lived in! Don't hesitate to use them to build your home.

We built two homes with Great Pocono Homes. One to sell and one we thought we might use as a vacation home. We had the first house sold before it was finished, which spoke to the great value in GPH homes. The second house, which we ultimately decided to sell too since we did so well on the first, sold soon thereafter. The experience of building one home can be stressful, so needless to say, we were worried about our decision to build TWO!. It went very smoothly, and we're looking forward to building again this summer.
